We tailor each session to your personal preferences and energy levels, ensuring that you feel at ease and fully engaged throughout our time together.

Walk and Talk is flexible and can be adapted to your physical abilities. Whether you prefer a slow, easy walk or have specific mobility concerns, your therapist will tailor the session to meet your needs. For those who cannot walk, virtual sessions on a treadmill or stationary exercise can be arranged.
If you’re unsure about walking or feel that it might not be the right fit, you can discuss this with your Life Strategist. Other options can be explored, including seated outdoor sessions, virtual-based sessions or virtual walking session utilizing a treadmill at home.
If the weather isn’t conducive to walking outdoors, we
switch to a virtual session. Your safety and comfort are our top concerns.
