For those who cannot walk, virtual sessions on a treadmill or stationary exercise can be arranged.
If you’re unsure about walking or feel that it might not be the right fit, you can discuss this with your therapist. Other options can be explored, including seated outdoor sessions, virtual-based therapy or virtual walking therapy utilizing a treadmill at home.
If the weather isn’t conducive to walking outdoors, we
switch to a virtual session. Your safety and comfort are our top concerns.
